"I'm doing this for me", that is the starting point of NatuurlijkSportief Ireland Personal Training. With "Personal Training" you train one on one with your trainer. The training sessions will take place outdoors, that could be at Old Head Beach but we do other spots as well, whatever suits you best. Together we'll set your goals, improving condition, weight-loss, a sport specific goal, getting back from an injury etc. etc.
An example of a "sport specific target": You are in to GAA or Rugby and you are not that happy with your sprinting abilities. Together we'll make a plan that will cover the common core and strength training but as an add-on we'll put a lot of work in your upper legs and your reactive abilities. This could be with plyometric exercises or any other proven method.
Do you want to lose weight? Together we'll set an achievable goal and together we'll work towards that weight.
If you want to become fit, lose weight, work on a injury and you want to train outdoors then NatuurlijkSportief Ireland is the way to go.
