Running is a great way to get fit, feel better and even form new relationships with other runners. Starting a new running habit doesn’t have to be hard, all it takes is a comfortable pair of shoes and a willingness to move a little or a lot, all at your own pace. But, many newcomers to running become discouraged by the difficulty associated with the activity because they start too fast and push too hard. Their bodies push back and they end up resenting running.
From my own experience I know how nice and good running is (and what the pitfalls are) and I want to give you this experience as well! It also happened to me: injuries, no progression and lack of motivation. All reasons to stop with the cool running sport. It is my mission to help you become a complete and lasting runner. I do this by sharing my experience and knowledge so you can continue learning to become a technically better, stronger and faster runner.
